| Shrimp Kebab |
Ingredients
500 g shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
A pinch of parsley (finely chopped)
1/4 glass olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions
2 hours before to cooking, prepare the marinade. Blend black pepper, soy sauce, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. Dip the fish into it and marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Remove shrimp from marinade and discard the marinade. If you are sing metal optional steel skewers, lightly coat them with oil. Place shrimp on skewers (about five shrimps per skewer) and later place on a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180 C and cook for ten minutes. Do not overcook. You could also cook them over grill.
