Basil Salmon
Ingredients

500 g salmon steak
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 glass parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

Rub fish with salt and blend all the other ingredients, but cheese in a bowl. Dip fish into this mixture. If you have time you could leave fish in the mixture for two hours in the refrigerator . Preheat the oven to 200 C and place the fish into a Pyrex dish. Bake for twenty-five minutes. After baking, you could also broil at low heat for three minutes for golden brown fish. Later sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the Basil Salmon and bake for three minutes .
