Steamed Fish
Ingredients

1 kilo fish (red mullets, sardines or anchovies)
1 glass olive oil
half glass water
1 lemon (sliced)
2 medium onions
dill and parsley (chopped)
salt

Cooking Instructions

Clean the fish and wash very well . Place them side by side in a flat pan. Add the other of the ingredients. Cover and cook on medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Let cool before serving
