| Pickled Squid |
Ingredients
900 g squid
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3/4 glass of vinegar
1 teaspoon of pickling spices tied in a cheesecloth
pepper
salt
Cooking Instructions
First wash and clean squid very well and drain. Place in casserole-no water is necessary-cover and cook for thirty minutes until tender. Drain and chop, reserving the liquid for pilaf. To, vinegar the chopped squid which you have put in a casserole add olive oil, vinegar, spices and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for five minutes. Discard the spice bag. Transfer to bowl optional jar and chill. Serve cold. The recipe makes eight servings of tasty appetizer. Enjoy.
