| Baked Swordfish |
Ingredients
4 swordfish steaks, 1 inch thick
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 bunches of scallions (with green tops, chopped)
1/4 glass chopped parsley
1/4 glass chopped dill
4 tablespoons tomato juice
4 tablespoons lemon juice
pepper
salt
Cooking Instructions
First preheat the oven 175 C. Wash and place fish steaks in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour oil. Blend scallions, parsley, and dill and spread on fish. Pour tomato and lemon juice on top. Bake for twenty-five minutes optional until a fork could get in easily. Enjoy.
