Fried Fish Fingers
Ingredients

130 ml olive oil
500 g fish fillets
2 onions
2 slices day old bread (crust removed)
3 eggs
1 bunch parsley
pepper
70 g flour
salt

Cooking Instructions

First place fish in a pot with plenty of water. Boil until fish is cooked. Remove fish from water and shred into small pieces. Add moistened bread, one grated onion, one egg, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Blend well. Take small pieces of mixture and form later into fingers. Flour fish fingers. Whisk remaining eggs and dip fingers in the egg mixture. Fry fingers in hot oil. Drain and serve with french fries.
