Shrimps Casserole
Ingredients

1 kilo shrimps
1 can of mushrooms (drained)
50 g butter
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
4 pepperonis (finely chopped)
2 medium tomatoes
1 bay leave, paprika, salt
1 glass water
150 g Mozzarella or Kasar cheese
1 tablespoon of vinegar
olive oil

Cooking Instructions

First wash and drain very well the shrimps. Boil them for five minutes in water, vinegar and salt. Once are cold, break the shell off. Heat the olive oil and add crushed garlic and chopped pepperoni. Sauté for a few minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, shrimps, mushrooms and butter. Cook for ten minutes. Place shrimps in an oven proof dish with bay leave and paprika. Pour grated cheese on top of it. Bake until the cheese gets a golden color for ten minutes.
