| Seared Squash and Zucchini |
Ingredients
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 zucchini (large)
1 squash (large)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
Remove the stems of the squash and zucchinis and later slice the zucchinis and squash diagonally. Sprinkle the oregano, pepper and salt. Heat the olive oil on a skillet. Place the zucchini and squash slices in the pan when the olive oil heats up. Cook each side until brown. Place in a separate plate. Serve hot.
