| Portobello Mushroom Sautee |
Ingredients
2 green bell peppers (sliced)
1 red onion (sliced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 large Portobello mushrooms (sliced)
ground black pepper
salt
Cooking Instructions
Heat olive oil in the large pan. Add the mushrooms and sautee for four minutes. Add peppers and sautee two more minutes. Finally, add the onions along with salt and pepper. Serve as a side dish.
