Celery string
Ingredients

1 kilo celery
250 g meat (cut into cubic tiny pieces)
2 tablespoons of flower oil
1 onion
2 tablespoons of flour
2 lemon’s juice
2 eggs
salt

Cooking Instructions

First peel the celeries. Cut each celery into four long pieces. Clean the celeries and boil them with 1/2 lemons juice. During this procedure fry the meat with tiny cubed cut onions in the flower oil, add a glass of water and cook them for a while. You could add salt and pepper if you like . Put the celeries one by one in the saucepan leaving the middle part empty. Pour the meat into that empty part, add 2,5 glasses of water and put on middle heat. By the time there’s no water left in the saucepan add the special sauce and boil them till it overflows. Upside down the saucepan to a big plate. Special sauce:Blend two egg’s yellow part with a lemon’s juice and add two spoonfuls of flour. Add 3/4 glasses of water and blend them altogether. Add this sauce to the saucepan when there is no water left in it. Enjoy.
