| Potato Patty |
Ingredients
3 garlic cloves
8 stems of parsley
150 g kashar cheese (grated)
6 medium potatoes
1 egg
2 onions (grated)
1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 glass oil (for frying)
2 teaspoons salt
Cooking Instructions
First peel the potatoes, grate them, and add pounded garlic, finely sliced parsley, grated kashar cheese, grated onion, egg, salt, black pepper on, and mix. If it is so juicy add five tablespoons flour, finally add the sodium bicarbonate, and blend well. Pick pieces from the mixture and form them as meatballs, cover them by flour, and fry them. Serve hot.
