| Bulgur Pilaf with Chickpeas |
Ingredients
8 glasses chicken broth
2 glasses bulgur (coarse grind)
1 glass chickpeas
salt
Cooking Instructions
First soak chickpeas along day in the bowl full of water. Boil chicken broth with the along day soaked chickpeas until they are soft. Transfer the salt and bulgur, simmer until all the water is evaporated. Serve hot.
