| Pilaf with Peas and Carrots |
Ingredients
2 glasses white rice
1/2 glass frozen peas
3 carrots (chopped in squares)
1 teaspoon olive oil
3 glasses chicken broth
salt
Cooking Instructions
Firstly heat olive oil in the pan. transfer carrots and peas and blend together for two minutes. Add rice and blend again. Transfer the chicken broth and salt. Cook on medium heat until it starts boiling and later turn to low heat. Cook until all the water is absorbed. Don't stir while cooking. Serve hot.
