| Chickpea Rice Pilaf |
Ingredients
1+1/2 glasses chick peas
4 tablespoons butter
1 onion (small-size, chopped)
1+1/2 glasses rice
1 can tomatoes
1+1/2 glasses chicken stock
pepper
salt
Cooking Instructions
First saute onion in butter for five minutes. Add rice, saute two minutes. add remaining ingredients, and simmer for twenty minutes. Serve. Enjoy
