| Macaroni With Tomato |
Ingredients
2 long green peppers
2 garlic cloves
1 pack macaroni
3 tomatoes
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
salt
Cooking Instructions
First cook the macaroni in boiling water for ten minutes. Add one glass cold water blend and later drain. Grate the tomatoes, slice the peppers, and pound the garlic cloves. Put one tablespoon + one teaspoon vegetable oil on a frying skillet, when it starts to turn red-hot add peppers. When peppers soften a little add tomato, salt and black pepper and boil a few seconds. Put the drained macaroni in a pot, pour the mixture with tomato on it. Cook the macaroni for four minutes over low heat and serve.
