Ingredients
1 glass couscous
2 1/2 glass hot chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter
salt
Cooking Instructions
Saute the pasta with the butter for a few minutes in a pot. Add the hot chicken broth and salt, cover the lid halfway and boil for almost fifteen minutes over medium-low heat. Turn the heat off and put aside for twenty minutes. Stir with a fork and serve hot.
