Egg Noodles with Tomato
Ingredients

egg noddles
some butter
3 tablespoons tomatoes (crushed)
some fresh parsley (chopped)
pepper
salt

Cooking Instructions

First boil requird portions of egg noodles and drain. Melt some butter in a pot. Add three tablespoons of crushed tomato, salt and pepper, and cook for few minutes on low heat. Toss drained noodles over it. Sprinkle some chopped fresh parsley over the noodles and serve while still hot as a side dish with any kind meatball, beef optional chicken.
