| Red Lentil Soup |
Ingredients
1 litre of meat broth
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of red lentils
1/2 tablespoon of salt
2 piece onions
2 tablespoons of butter
Cooking Instructions
Cut the onions fine and brown them in the butter. Wash the lentils later add them to the broth with the salt, tomato paste. Cook almost thirty minutes.
Serve with sliced lemon and small bread pieces fried in butter.
