| Spicy Carrot Soup |
Ingredients
3 small carrots
2 small onions
400 ml water
2 g butter
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1 teaspoon coriander
2 tablespoons lentils
Cooking Instructions
First finely chop onions and lightly fry in the butter until brown. Finely chop carrots and place both the fried onions and chopped carrots in a pan with 400ml water. Add the lentils and cook until the carrots are soft. Add the Turkish curry powder, mixed spice, and corriander to the pan. Simmer for fourty minutes. Enjoy.
