| Milk Soup |
Ingredients
1 glass vermicelli
2 glasses water
3 glasses milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt
Cooking Instructions
First boil two glasses of water in a pot and add vermicelli. Cook for ten minutes over medium heat till vermicelli is soft. Later add salt and milk. When it boils, simmer for seven minutes, stirring occasionally. For garnish, place the butter in a small frying pan and melt over low-medium heat. When spitting starts, stir in paprika and a pinch of salt. Later pour on the soup and serve warm.
