Onion Soup
Ingredients

2 beef bouillon cubes
6 glasses water
3 medium onions ( sweet onions)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons grated gruyere cheese
2 egg yolks
250 g milk
salt

Cooking Instructions

First cut into crescent-formed pieces onions and saute in hot butter in a saucepan until reddish later add flour to saucepan while stirring. Blend bouillon cubes in water and drop to saucepan. Add salt and bring to a boil while stirring. Turn heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes. Turn off heat . Beat egg yolks and milk together and blend into soup. sprinkle grated cheese on top pf soup.
