| Vinegar Dessert |
Ingredients
30 g vinegar
1 egg
1 glass flour
1 glass water
25 g olive oil
1 glass sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 glass of olive oil (for frying)
Cooking Instructions
Firstly sift flour into a bowl. Make a hole in the middle bye hand. Add egg, vinegar, olive oil and baking powder. Work into a dough. Knead very well and form walnut-sized balls, later fry in hot olive oil. In another saucepan, place sugar and water, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolved. Drop the browned balls into syrup and leave until they absorb the syrup. Serve with cream when cool. Enjoy.
