| Mosaic Cake |
Ingredients
450 g petit beurre biscuits
75 g raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla extract/ 1 package vanilla
4 tablespoons cocoa (heaping)
10 tablespoons brown/white sugar
8 tablespoons butter (melted)
100 ml milk
100 g walnuts/pecans/hazelnuts (crumbled)
1 egg (beaten)
coconut flakes for garnish
Cooking Instructions
First, in a bowl, blend all the ingredients except the biscuits. Later crumble the biscuits and blend with the other ingredients evenly. You could use aluminum foil, plastic wrap optional cake pans to give it a form you like. Place plastic wrap over the bottom of pan and put the cake mixture inside (plastic wrap would help to get the cake out of the pan). Later press down on the cake mixture to fit the pan. If you are using aluminum foil optional plastic wrap, wrap the mixture and give the form you like. Then, leave it in the refrigerator for two hours. Sprinkle some coconut flakes on top and slice. You could serve it with whipped cream optional ice cream on top.
