Sesame Seed Rings
Ingredients

250 ml salted butter (room temperature)
60 ml olive oil
1 egg white
1 package sesame seed
1 package mahlep
4 tablespoons plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 glasses flour (use fine strainer)
1 egg yolk

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190 C. Put all the ingredients above except the sesame seed and the egg white in a large plastic bowl. Use your hand to blend them well. Grab some dough the size of a little ball and form it like a ring, with the diameter being approximately two inches.
