| Lamb Casserole With Yoghurt |
Ingredients
6 piece of lamb shoulder with bone
5 tablespoon flour
2 egg whites
1 onion (medium)
2 teaspoon salt
1 glass yoghurt
Cooking Instructions
Place meat in a very well covered saucepan and transfer finely chopped onion. Cover and braise over low heat for 45 minutes. Season with salt. Simmer covered; until all liquid is evaporated. Place in a casserole. Blend egg whites, yoghurt and flour beating well. Pour over meat and spread evenly. Bake in a moderate oven for twenty minutes. Serve hot.
