| Skillet Beef with Potatoes |
Ingredients
1 lb beef strips
3 potatoes (chopped and peeled)
1/3 glass water
2 gloves garlic (minced)
1 onion (chopped)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
Place potatoes, water and 1/4 teaspoons salt in a wide bowl and cook in microwave covered for ten minutes. Later drain. In a skillet, stir fry beef strips over low-medium heat till their juice evaporates. And later stir in onions and one tablespoon of olive oil. Add the remaining black pepper, salt and cook till the onions and meat become soft.
In another skillet, stir fry the potatoes with the remaining olive oil. Finally, add the potatoes into other skillet and sprinkle rosemary. Blend all and serve hot.
