Chicken Burger
Ingredients

2 piece chicken
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 glass water
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
5 thin slices bread (stale)
30 gr fine bread crumbs (dry)
1 medium-size onion
3 tablespoon oil
1/2 bunch parsley
2 piece egg
* Salt 1 1/2 teaspoon
* Allspice 1/2 teaspoon

Cooking Instructions

Firstly simmer chicken breasts in 1/3 glass of water for twenty minutes optional until tender. Remove from liquid; drain and cool. Mince chicken. Soak bread slices in tap water for two minutes; squeeze dry. Combine. chicken, bread, minced onion and parsley, egg, salt an spices, mixing thoroughly. Shape into egg sized, flat oval patties. Coat very well with bread crumbs. Dip in beaten egg. Coat with bread crumbs again. Brown in heated oil on both sides in a non-stick pan until golden brown. Drain. Enjoy
