| Kavurma Preserved Meat |
Ingredients
1 kilo mutton
salt
Cooking Instructions
First cut the meat into cubes, put in a saucepan with 1/2 tablespoon of salt and cover. Cook for five minutes on medium heat, later reduce heat and allow to simmer for one hours, stirring occasionally till it begins to sizzle. Uncover, add some more salt, as saute for twenty minutes, constantly stirring. Serve hot.
