| Chicken Shish |
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
3 hard tomatoes
1 onion
5 stems of parsley
4 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 tablespoons yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
First grate the onion, slice the parsley finely, add yoghurt, oil, black pepper and salt on them and mix. In a separate place dice the chicken breasts into cubes which have 1.5 inch length. Blend the chicken pieces with the mixture of onion, refrigerate for three minutes. At the end of the time, place one chicken cube and one tomato slice which has the same size to the shishes. Grill. Serve with onion slices.
