Ingredients
1/2 pound ground lamb (cooked)
1 medium onion (chopped)
3 medium plum tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 punch parsley (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 glass water
pita bread
butter (melted)
salt
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients (except the pita bread and butter). Drizzle melted butter over the pita breads. Top with lamb mixture. Bake for ten minutes at 450 degrees. Garnish with parsley and both tomatoes, lemons sliced. Serve hot.
