Ingredients

1 kilo cracked wheat
1 kilo lamb
red peppers
butter
salt

Cooking Instructions

Firstly soak the cracked wheat along day. Than boil it in a large saucepan. Once it is cooked enough, drain and mash it. You could do this by hand. In a separate saucepan boil the meat. Than take it off the water and shred it into small peaces. In a large saucepan put the mashed cracked wheat and add the meat both and salt and stir. The amount of the broth should bring the mixture in a pudding consistency. Transfer the shredded meat and stir with a wooden spoon and cook until it is very sticky. Saute the red peppers in butter. Serve it hot with sauted red peppers poured over the top on in each plate separately.
