| Salmon Salad |
Ingredients
1 salmon fillet (cooked)
1 romaine hearts
1 cucumber (sliced)
1 lemon (juice)
1 red onion (thinly sliced)
1 tomato (sliced)
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt
Cooking Instructions
First cut romaine hearts and put that in a medium mixing bowl. Transfer both sliced tomato, sliced cucumber. Stir in cooked and torn apart in small chunks salmon fillet. Pour olive oil and one lemon juice. Add salt to taste and toss them together. Later serve. Enjoy.
