| Ezme Salad |
Ingredients
1 cucumber (petite diced)
1 tablespoon pomegranate sauce
4 tomatoes (peeled and petite diced)
1 big onion (finely chopped)
1/2 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon red crushed pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sumac
1/2 lemon (juice)
1 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
First put all vegetables in a medium mixing bowl. Pour pomegranate sauce in a jar, add 1/2 lemon of juice, pepper, salt, olive oil, sumac, and put the lid on it and shake well. Drizzle the pomegranate mixture over salad and toss them well.
