| Carrot Salad with Yoghurt |
Ingredients
500 g Carrots
1 Onion medium (chopped)
240 g Yoghurt
3 Garlic cloves (crushed)
Salt to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
100 ml Olive Oil
Cooking Instructions
First saute chopped onions with olive oil until they are translucent. Add grated carrots and saute until carrots are cooked. Blend with yoghurt, crushed garlic and salt. Garnish with some olive oil and with chopped parsley.
