| Beet Root Salad |
Ingredients
4 red beet roots
1 glass vinegar
1+1/2 teaspoons sugar
4 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
First sort and cut the leaves off red beet roots. Put them in a saucepan with enough water to cover them. Add vinegar and boil the beet roots .Cut them into small pieces and place in a salad bowl. Add half teaspoon of salt and crushed garlic with one glass of vinegar to the beet roots. Let stand for a few hours. Serve with lettuce. Enjoy.
