| Gavurdagi Salad |
Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes (discard the seeds, chopped)
1/4 red or white onion (finely chopped)
2/3 glass parsley (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon pomegranate paste
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (crushed)
1 teaspoon sumac
Salt
Garnish:
1/4 glass walnut, crushed
Cooking Instructions
First crushed the onion with salt and sumac. Toss all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Place in a service plate and sprinkle the walnuts all over. Serve with any kind of Kebab optional Barbecued meat.
