| Chard Salad |
Ingredients
500 g chard
2 lemons
1/2 glass olive oil
salt
Cooking Instructions
First clean and wash very well the chard. Boil chard in a little water. Empty the chard into a strainer and rinse in cold water. Pour the olive oil and lemon juice onto the chard and mix. Add salt. Place salad in a serving bowl and serve. Enjoy.
