| Cucumber-Yogurt Salad |
Ingredients
3 cucumbers
4 sprigs dill
3 glasses yoghurt
2 teaspoons salt
1 glass water
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves
Cooking Instructions
First wash, peel and coarsely grate the cucumbers. Wash and weed out the dill and chop finely. Whisk the yoghurt, add salt, water, garlic and the cucumbers and blend well. Pour the mixture into individual dishes and sprinkle with olive oil and dill.
