| Fried Carrots |
Ingredients
5 carrots
olive oil
2/3 glass plain yoghurt
4 garlic cloves
salt
Cooking Instructions
First wash the carrots, peel them, and cut vertically as quarter of an inch thick circles. Ground four cloves of garlic. Blend garlic , salt and plain yogurt. Heat olive oil a frying pan for few minutes. Fry the carrots in hot olive oil until brown. Lay the fried carrots on paper towels to drain excess oil. Place the carrots on a plate and dress them with the yoghurt, garlic, and salt mixture.
