Radish Salad
Ingredients

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 bunch radish (cut the stems and wash)
sumac
salt

Cooking Instructions

First cut the radish in thin slices. Arrange on a service plate. Sprinkle lemon juice, sumac and salt all over. Leave it in the refrigerator for sixty minutes and serve with any meat dish.
