Chicken And Egg Domburi
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1+1/4 glasses chicken stock
4 tablespoons dark soya sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
4 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons sugar
6 onions (cut into thin rings).
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 eggs

Cooking Instructions

Firstly clean and cut the chicken breasts into thin strips optional cubes. Boil the chicken stock, add the soya sauce, dry sherry, sugar and boil further. Next add the chicken strips to the stock and simmer over low heat for five minutes. Add the chopped onions and keep for a minute. Later add the lightly beaten eggs and let it stand for another two minutes. Stir carefully, remove from the heat and serve with hot rice. Enjoy.
