| French Pork Stew with Oranges |
Ingredients
600 g pork cubes (sliced for stews)
Marinade:
1 glass water
1 laurel leaf
2 cloves
1 tablespoon flour
1 carrot (cut into 1/2 inch slices)
1 onions (sliced thinly)
1 glass red wine
pepper
paprika
salt
1 tablespoon cooking butter
3 pcs oranges, peeled and cut into slices
Cooking Instructions
First blend all the ingredients of the marinade together. Marinade pork overnight in refrigerator. Remove pork from marinade and coat with flour. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Panfry in butter, later add marinade. Simmer for almost an hour. Add to the pork stew, cook for almost two minutes. Garnish with some parsley sprigs.
