| Scalloped Potatoes And Ham |
Ingredients
1/2 glass Margarine
1/2 glass Flour
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoons Pepper
3 glasses Milk
3 glasses Cooked ham, cubed
1 large Green pepper
1 large Onion
1/2 glass Cheddar cheese, shredded
5 glasses Potatoes, pared, sliced
Cooking Instructions
Firstly melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, pepper and salt. Remove from heat. Add milk. Cook until thick. Fold in ham, green pepper, onion and cheese. Pour over potatoes in 13x9 inch pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 175 C. for half an hour. Uncover and bake for an hour more until brown and bubbly. Let stand for ten minutes before serving. Enjoy.
