| Pasta Chicken |
Ingredients
4 chicken breast with skin (diced up into bite size pieces)
1 bunch broccoli (diced up into bite-sized pieces)
4 tomatoes
280 g small shell pasta
olive oil (as required)
parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 teaspoon basil, oregano
1 carton half & half
Cooking Instructions
Firstly start water boiling for pasta and add pasta when boiling, cook until done and later drain. Cook broccoli. Brown chicken pieces in olive oil, add tomatoes and garlic, simmer for almost three minutes, add basil and oregeno, simmer again for three minutes. Add 1/2 and 1/2 simmer again for three to seven minutes, add pasta and parmesan cheese, stir very well and serve with french optional garlic bread and a salad.
