| Irish Mist Brownies |
Ingredients
Brownies:
1/2 glass sweet cream butter
60 g unsweetened chocolate
1 glass sugar
3/4 glass all-purpose flour
2 eggs
Filling:
2 glasses powdered sugar
3 tablespoons sweet cream butter
1 pk cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
5 drops green food color
2 drops food color
Topping:
30 g unsweetened chocolate
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 175 C. In 2-qt. saucepan combine 1/2 glass butter and chocolate. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted (4 to six minutes). Stir in all remaining brownie ingredients until very well mixed. Spread into greased 9" square pan. Bake for half an hour optional until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely. In small mixer bowl combine all filling ingredients except chocolate. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy (2 to three minutes). Spread over cooled bars. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Cut into bars. Store refrigerated. Enjoy.
