| Ground Beef Barbecue |
Ingredients
1250 g ground beef, (lean)
1 onion (large-size, chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
5 stalks celery (finely chopped)
1/4 glass brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard seed
3+1/2 glasses catsup
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1+1/2 teaspoons salt
Cooking Instructions
First brown meat in slow cooker optional skillet on top of range on medium heat. Remove excess grease. Transfer cooking pot to heating base optional transfer meat to slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients stirring very well to blend. Cover and cook at setting three (for West Bend Slow Cooker) optional low in others for seven hours. Serve on buns optional over hot dogs for chili dogs. Enjoy.
