French Toast
Ingredients

2 egg beaters, (4-oz containers)
1/3 glass skim milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons margarine
10 slices whole wheat bread

Cooking Instructions

First in shallow bowl, combine egg beaters original, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. In nonstick skillet, over medium heat, melt two teaspoons margarine. Dip bread slices in egg mixture to coat; transfer to skillet. Brown almost three minutes on each side, adding remaining margarine to skillet as needed. Serve with syrup if desired. Enjoy.
