Ingredients
3 medium size cucumbers
3-4 sprigs dill
3 glasses yoghurt
2 teaspoons salt
1 glass water
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic
Cooking Instructions
First wash, peel and coarsly grate the cucumbers. Wash and weed out the dill and chop finely . Whisk the yoghurt, add salt, water, garlic and the cucumbers and blend well. Pour the mixture into individual dishes and sprinkle with olive oil and dill. Enjoy.
