| Peach Compote |
Ingredients
1 kilo peaches
2 glasses granulated sugar
5 glasses water
Cooking Instructions
first boil sugar with water until it starts bubbling. Pell the peaches, cut into a few slices, stone its seed. Put the cleared peaches into the boiling water-sugar mixture. Cook until they soften, remove from the stove. Put into the small bowls with a good density of its fruit and syrup. Serve cold. Enjoy.
