| Apricot Compote |
Ingredients
500 g apricot
1 glass granulated sugar
2 glasses water
Cooking Instructions
first wash the apricots and drain, core its seed. Put the sugar and water into a pot, and boil for five minutes. Add the apricots into the boiling water with sugar. Cook over medium heat until the apricots soften. Fill into the small bowls and serve cold. Enjoy.
